Generalities
1.1. These Rules for the sale and circulation of SPA Riviera gift certificates (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a document that sets out the rules for the sale and circulation of Spa Riviera Gift Certificates.
1.2. These Rules are developed in accordance with the regulations on the procedure and conditions of realization of goods (performance of works, rendering of services) under a gift certificate or any other similar document approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 22 December 2018 № 935 "On some measures on consumer protection" (hereinafter – the "Regulation"), other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, and are the standard form used SPA region, in accordance with article 398 of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus (contract of adhesion).
1.3. Signing the document and (or) paying for the Gift certificate and (or) presenting the Gift certificate is a confirmation that the Buyer/The bearer has read and agrees to these Rules and the rules for visiting the Riviera SPA, fully agrees with THEM and undertakes to comply with them, bearing the risk of adverse consequences if they are violated.
1.4. the Gift certificate must contain the following information: - the name and location of Riviera SPA LLC (as a Gift certificate seller, a seller that sells Gift certificate services, and a facility that provides Gift certificate services);
- phone number for information on the implementation of the services on the gift certificate;
- name of services or groups of services, according to the price list of Riviera SPA LLC, the right to receive which is certified by a gift certificate (if available);
- number and date of sale of the gift certificate;
- validity of the gift certificate; - link to the website of Riviera SPA LLC in the global computer network Internet; Certificates in Spa Riviera
1.5. in order to convey information to the consumer, the gift certificate may contain the Following information:
- information note about the need to make an appointment for SPA treatments;
- information footnote about reaching the required minimum age of the consumer to visit the SPA complex;

1.6. the Gift certificate may contain other information that does not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the terms of these Rules. Certificates OF Spa Riviera
1.7. Gift certificates are issued in accordance with the samples that are an integral part of these Rules. If the gift certificate sample is changed, the new version of the sample is attached to these Rules. Certificates OF Spa Riviera Terms and definitions
2.1. these Rules use the following terms and definitions: Contract – a contract for the purchase of a Gift certificate. A contract can be concluded either by signing a document by the parties, or by paying for a Gift certificate or presenting a Gift certificate (i.e. by performing certain actions). These Rules are an integral part of the Agreement.
The nominal price of a gift certificate is the price at which the Gift certificate is sold, which is equal to the price of the service specified in the Gift certificate, or the total cost of the services specified in the Gift certificate, or the amount of money in Belarusian rubles for which the Bearer is entitled to receive the services, if their name is not specified in the Gift certificate.

Gift Certificate –a document, including in electronic (digital) form or other form available for use, certifying the right of the Bearer (holder) to receive the goods (services) specified in such document, and (or) to receive goods (services) for an amount equivalent to the amount of money specified in such document.
Buyer – an individual or legal entity who has paid the Nominal price of the gift certificate to SPA Riviera.
Bearer (holder) – an individual who legally owns and (or) disposes of a Gift certificate as a result of its receipt from a Buyer or other person.The bearer cannot be a legal entity or an individual under the age of 16.
SPA Riviera or Wellness center – a Wellness center located at 110 Pobediteley Avenue, Minsk, Republic of Belarus, which includes a bath and Wellness complex (baths, saunas, swimming pool, showers, changing rooms, bathrooms), a SPA center, public catering and trade facilities, and other facilities.
Depending on the context, the term Riviera SPA also means a legal entity – Riviera SPA LLC, which is the operator of the Wellness center.
2.2. the following wording is used For the text of these Rules:
Gift certificate on paper – a gift certificate expressed in paper form, on paper, in accordance with the provisions of these Rules and issued in accordance with Model number 1.
Gift certificate in electronic form – a gift certificate, expressed in electronic (digital) form, on an electronic medium, purchased through the global computer network Internet, corresponding to the provisions of these Rules and issued in accordance with Model number 2.
Gift certificate – gift certificates both in hard copy and in electronic form.
Sum gift certificate – a gift certificate that specifies the amount, expressed in monetary terms, within which the buyer (bearer, holder) can use the services of the Riviera SPA.
Gift certificate for a service – a gift certificate that specifies the service or set of services that the buyer (bearer, holder) has the right to use when presenting the gift certificate.
Procedure for purchasing Gift Certificates
3.1. The purchaser of the gift certificate is the legal or physical person, individual entrepreneur, paid for OOO "Riviera SPA»The nominal price of the gift certificate. The amount of money deposited when purchasing a gift certificate is considered to be paid as a pre-payment (advance payment).
Gift certificates can be purchased directly at the Wellness center, at the address: Minsk, 110 Pobediteley Ave., POM. 1;or via the global computer network, via the Official website or the website of SPA Riviera Partners.
3.2. payment for Gift certificates is made by the Buyer on the terms of 100% prepayment in cash, by payment using a Bank card, as well as by wire transfer of funds to The seller's current account.
3.3.if the Buyer is a legal entity and / or an individual entrepreneur, the Gift certificates are transferred to the Buyer at the location of SPA Riviera no later than 3 (three) business days from the date of their full payment. When Gift certificates are ready, Spa Riviera employees notify the Customer by phone or TEXT message. The seller passes Gift certificates to the Buyer according to the acceptance certificate.
If the Buyer is an individual, the Gift certificates are transferred to the Buyer at the location of SPA Riviera at the time of purchase of the Gift certificate by the Buyer.
3.4. When you purchase Gift Certificates to the Buyer-the physical person is issued for cash (fiscal) receipt confirming payment of Gift Certificates.
3.5. in case of purchasing a Gift certificate via the global computer network Internet, using the Official website or the website of the SPA Riviera Partner, the Buyer is provided with a Gift certificate in electronic form. Registration of a Gift certificate in electronic form corresponds to the registration of a Gift certificate according to Sample #2.
How to apply for Gift certificates
4.1. Gift certificate paper is not personalized and may be transferred to other individuals. The seller is not responsible for who receives the Gift certificate and on what grounds.
4.2. the Gift certificate in electronic form can be transferred to other individuals. The seller is not responsible for who receives the Gift certificate and on what grounds. Buyer (bearer, holder) Gift certificate in electronic form is independently responsible for the transfer, forwarding, etc.of the unique code of the Gift certificate in electronic form. If several persons present a Gift certificate in electronic form with the same unique code, SPA Riviera will provide Gift certificate services to the person who first presented this Gift certificate in electronic form.
4.3. Riviera SPA fulfills its obligations in respect of the person who presented the Gift certificate.
4.4. the Gift certificate is urgent and is valid for the period indicated on the Gift certificate. If the validity period of the Gift certificate is not specified, the Gift certificate is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of sale of the Gift certificate.The validity of the Gift certificate is not extended, unless otherwise determined by Riviera SPA.
4.5. the Gift certificate can be presented by the SPA Riviera holder during the validity period of the Gift certificate. Riviera SPA provides the holder with the services specified in the Gift certificate, or within the amount specified on the Gift certificate.If the Gift certificate is not used during its validity period, funds equal to the Nominal price of the gift certificate or the unused balance are not refundable, the Gift certificate is automatically canceled, unless otherwise determined BY Spa Riviera.
4.6. the cost of purchasing a Gift certificate for the service is not subject to discounts and promotions valid in SPA Riviera, unless otherwise determined by SPA Riviera.
4.7. the Total gift certificate may be subject to discounts and promotions valid at SPA Riviera, unless otherwise specified by SPA Riviera.
4.8.if the price of the service increases after the purchase of a Gift certificate for the service, according to the price list, the Buyer (bearer, holder) does not need to pay extra for the provision of services under the Gift certificate.
4.9.if the price of the service after purchasing a Gift certificate for the service, according to the price list, is reduced, the difference in the cost of the service is not returned to the Buyer (bearer, holder).
4.10. If the same Bearer has several Gift certificates at the same time, they can be added together.
4.11. When the Buyer (bearer, holder) receives services on a Gift certificate in hard copy, the Buyer (bearer, holder) must present the original gift Certificate in hard copy.
4.12. when presenting and using a Gift certificate in hard copy by the buyer (bearer, holder) The gift certificate on paper is withdrawn by THE Spa Riviera staff.
4.13. When the Gift certificate is presented and used in electronic form by the Buyer (bearer, holder), the unique code of the Gift certificate in electronic form is considered to be canceled and used. Repeated presentation and use of the unique Gift certificate code in electronic form is not possible.
4.14. In cases of loss, theft, or damage of a Gift certificate that does not allow its identification, such a gift certificate is not restored, is not exchanged for a new One, and funds equal to the Nominal price of the gift certificate are not refundable.
4.15. Gift certificates that THE employees of Spa Riviera have doubts about their authenticity will not be accepted, and funds equal to the Nominal price of the gift certificate will not be returned.
4.16. The gift certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Final provision
5.1. The services provided by the Gift Certificate can only be used by the Bearer when booking these services in advance. However, a visit to the Aqua-thermal complex for bath and shower services does not require prior reservation, unless otherwise indicated on the official website of the Riviera SPA.
5.2. SPA Riviera has the right to unilaterally change the Rules at any time in part or in full, with notification of this by posting information on the Official Website, as well as at the reception of SPA Riviera. If within ten calendar days from the date of posting information on the Official Website the Buyer/The bearer has not notified the Seller in writing of the refusal to continue using the Spa Riviera services subject to the amended Rules, the amended version of the Rules is considered accepted by the Buyer/Bearer.
