We created the floating "Mirsky" to pay tribute to our ancestors. Performed in 3 stages. The duration of the soaring is 90 minutes. It is carried out in one of two individual steam rooms - a Russian bath or a cedar steam room and a Scrub bath.

When steaming, use 2 oak and 3 birch brooms. One cold birch broom is placed under the head, the second on the head, the third for rubbing.

Before you start vaping, you are offered disposable underwear.
Place a cold birch broom under your head.
The first stage is a general warm-up until heavy sweating – 10 minutes.
Next, the STEAM master will cleanse with the Juniper and Rosemary scrub in the Scrub Bath for 15 minutes.
10 minutes rest.
Second visit to the steam room, steaming with an oak broom, rubbing with a birch broom – 20 minutes.
Contrast procedures - shower - 5 minutes.
The third approach is carried out at a higher temperature and with more intense steaming with oak brooms - 5 minutes plus a contrasting ice wrap.
Tea ceremony – 10-15 minutes, herbal tea or green tea of your choice with honey.
We complete the steaming session with a tea ceremony with herbal tea or green tea with honey.
