Individual traditional bath in a Russian steam room or in a collective Belarusian sauna. Oak and birch brooms are used, which bring maximum benefit and pleasure to the body. The program is aimed at relieving tension, cleansing and relaxation. 2 oak and 3 birch brooms are used.

Stages:

disposable underwear is offered;
put a cold birch broom under your head;
contactless passage and steam injection and heating;
conducting a contactless “pass”;
massage with brooms from feet to head;
making light contact with an oak broom;
performing a more intense “pass”;
active rubbing of the head from the feet with a birch broom;
repeat the procedure on the other side;
visiting a shower or font if desired.
